About Michelle

My background

I was born and raised here in Washington, when I am not in my office or in my garden, you'll find me camping or road tripping with my family.  I am currently a licensed foster parent.

After getting my bachelor's degree in psychology from Central Washington University, I moved to California to attend John F Kennedy University. During my studies my focus was on mindfulness, expressive arts therapy and trans personal therapy. After graduating in 2011 I worked at counseling centers as well as spent three years in high schools in San Jose, CA working with teens with various issues.

After spending 8 years in the San Francisco bay area I missed the trees and the people and returned home.

You are the expert in your experience. I will use my education and experience to invite you to deepen your understanding about your past, your future and your present self.

I will accept you where you are while encouraging positive and healthy changes and self image.
